Although there is no pollutant in lithium batteries, considering from the perspective of resource conservation, the recycling of ion lithium ion power pack, the safety in recycling, and the cost of recycling also need to be taken into account.
Before charge, it is no need to be discharged like nickel-cadmium batteries and nickel-hydrogen batteries, and it can charge anytime and anywhere.
